BOOKING AND CHECK-IN
After your booking with us or one of our partners, you will receive a personal link from us with which you can check in.

PRE-INFO BY MAIL
After the check-in you will receive a confirmation email with further information such as a packing list and further information about the vehicle.
One week before your vacation you will receive additional details about the digital takeover and return of the vehicle.

THE TAKEOVER
One day before your departure you will receive the last information and a link to the digital takeover.
On the day of departure you can go to the vehicle starting from the agreed time. You then independently take over the vehicle by going through a digital process.

THE RETURN
One day before your planned return, you will receive all the information you need for the return from us.
On the day of return, you will go through a similar digital process as for the takeover.
